Tanzania is home to the highest free-standing mountain in the world; Mount Kilimanjaro - Africa’s highest point at 5,895 meters (19,340 feet). Interestingly, the largest crab in the world, the coconut crab, can be found in Zanzibar!
Approximately 38% of Tanzania's land area is set aside in protected areas for conservation. The country offers the ability to enjoy the luxury of the white sand beaches and islands and indeed the vast grassy plains, home to incredibly diverse wildlife.
