2. Our Service
2.1 We provide an experience design service in relation to leisure travel to East Africa.
2.2 Our experience design service is free of charge.
2.3 To avail of our experience design service you need to book a consultation with one of our experience designers on www.eastafricanexperience.com or you may choose to communicate via email.
2.4 During the course of the virtual consultation with you, our experience designer, will acquire an understanding of your expectations and requirements and may provide
suggestions in relation to routes, accommodation and experiences/excursions, third party suppliers such as travel agents and destination management companies.
2.5 At the conclusion of the consultation, you are free to use the information provided by our experience designer as you wish and proceed to book the travel services directly with
the various third- party suppliers.
2.6 An introduction by us to a third party travel supplier in no way renders us an organiser or principal and you would contract with said third parties of your own volition. 

3. Our Responsibility to You
3.1 The information that we provide to you both on our website and provided to you during your consultation with our experience designers is accurate and up to date will be general in nature. We will use our best to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, but we accept no responsibility for any information about any service that our experience designer passes on to you in good faith if any errors in that information are beyond our reasonable control.
3.2 Should you proceed to make a booking for one of the services suggested by our experience designer, with a third party service supplier, the third party service supplier will provide you with exact pricing and all other details relating to the travel service you wish to book before you make your booking and will be responsible for the actual provision of the service you book. You will be required to accept the third-party service supplier’s terms and conditions.
3.3 We accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any travel service that you may ultimately book with any third-party service supplier.
3.4 We also accept no responsibility for the behavior or actions of third-parties related to your accommodation, transfer or flight, or for any facilities/services withdrawn as a result of their actions.

4. Limitation of Our Liability
4.1 In the event that we are found liable to you on any basis whatsoever, our maximum liability to you is limited to the cost of your affected service.
4.2 We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees, agents or subcontractors whilst acting in the course of their employment or engagement, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Term and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya and each of the parties hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kenya in regard to any matter arising from or touching upon these booking terms and conditions and any agreement to which they apply.
