Day 1
Upon arrival at the airport in Nairobi you will be greeted inside the airport and assisted with your baggage and immigration processes. You will then be transferred to Manzili House in the beautiful Karen region of Nairobi. The rest of your day will be planned pending flight time confirmation but you may want to consider activities such as a visit to the Giraffe Center, the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage or the Karen Blixen Museum. You may also choose to simply relax or enjoy some local shopping and fine dining.

Day 2
After an early morning breakfast you will be transferred to Wilson airport for a connecting flight to Meru where you will met by a Elsa's Kopje safari guide and transferred with a game drive safari en-route to the stunning lodge.
After a short briefing at the lodge, you will enjoy a delicious lunch and can unwind by the pool for a a couple of hours before embarking on your second adventure of the day. You will have the choice a cultural visit, game drive safari or a guided bush walk. As the sun goes down you will be escorted to a stunning "sundowner" spot to enjoy some light snacks and refreshments.
In the evening you will be treated to a delicious dinner and drinks before retiring to your room for the night.
Day 3
After an early morning wake up call with coffee and tea you will embark on a morning safari with your guide. You will then be driven to a picturesque location where you will enjoy a "bush breakfast" in the open Kenyan air. After more game viewing you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation before heading out later for a safari of your choice and "sundowners". Dinner, drinks and relaxation will be enjoyed in the evening.

Day 4
After an early morning breakfast and short connecting flight you will arrive in the epic Laikipia Plateau. After a brief game drive en-route, you will arrive at the truly unique Elewana Loisaba Starbeds and be shown around before enjoying lunch.
After lunch you will embark on a safari activity of your choice before enjoying scenic sundowner drinks and returning to your lodge. You will have the choice of the enjoying guided walks, game drives, cultural experiences or horse back safari's.
This evening you may request to have your bed rolled out onto your verandah where you can sleep in the open air under African skies - a truly memorable East African Experience.

Days 5 & 6
After an early morning game drive breakfast you will be transferred to Elewana Loisaba Lodo Springs, the jewel in the Elewana Collection crown. Located just five minutes from Elewana Starbeds, this incredible sister property offers a very luxurious experience to round off your safari experience.
Your days will be spent relaxing, viewing the big five, enjoying outdoor dining in epic locations, horse riding, fishing, walking, cycling or even camel trekking as desired.

Days 7 - 10
After an early morning breakfast, game drive safari and connecting flight you will arrive at the serene Cabanas Lamu. Situated on the serene Lamu island, you can slip effortlessly into the tranquil pace of island life. Days can be spent relaxing on the beach, pampering yourself at the onsite spa or wandering through Lamu Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site brimming with Swahili culture, where narrow streets, historic architecture, and lively markets reveal the soul of this coastal gem. You can also embrace the water with snorkeling or paddleboarding, and sunset dhow cruising. Why not be good to yourself with yoga onsite and enjoy the sumptuous local seafood!

CP are the premier Destination Management Company in East Africa (fully bonded by the Kenyan Association of Tour Operators and also members of the African Travel & Tourism Association). Operating since 1985 and with offices in Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda they work with travel agencies and consultants to provide booking peace of mind, financial protection and they ensure that you receive AMREF flying doctor insurance in the region. Should you wish to proceed, you may chose to contract with CP and be subject to their terms and conditions.
- What is typically included in the cost?

A meet and assist service at the airport, all food & drink, accommodation and activities (e.g game viewing safari/ cultural visit, walking safari), connecting flights, park fees, all vehicle transfers and AMREF flying doctor cover incase of emergency.
- What isn't included?

Your international (arrival and departure) flights are not included in this indicative cost. All connecting flights are included. Some activities such as hot air balloon rides are additional. Some premium spirits are not included. We also encourage travellers to buy their own travel insurance and to be aware that there is a tipping culture in East Africa.

Low season: April & May
Mid Season: March & Nov 1st to December 19th
High Season: Jan 4th - Feb 28th, 1st June to Oct 31st, 20th Dec - Jan 3rd
East Africa is great to visit all year round however there are typically heavy rains from mid March to late May.
From December to mid-March, the days are hot and sunny, usually with clear skies.
From June to November the days are bright and cooler which some travellers may prefer.
